Welsh Histories Magazine for July 2024 has finally arrived! This time, the magazine covers the 20th century, featuring such events as the Welsh women’s suffrage movement, the crises of Capel Celyn and Aberfan, the Beeching Cuts and the foundations of the early Welsh NHS. We also have our reader submission of the month.

This month’s magazine has been written, created and designed by Niklas George (Welsh Histories founder and owner). Emma Snow is our guest writer of the month, writing the NHS article.
